PTA Reflections Program
It’s time for the PTA’s annual cultural arts program- PTA Reflections! This is a program where students can submit original works of art based on a theme. The artists are grouped and judged based on their current grade. The art can be in the form of photography, film production, dance choreography, literature, musical composition and visual arts.
Winners from JRMS go on to complete at the state level and state winners go on to compete nationally. This year’s theme is Heroes Around Me. The art must be submitted to the Main Office by Friday, November 30th, 2018 with a completed entry form.
The entry form and guidelines are linked below. Limited paper copies can be found in the JRMS main office.
On three Fridays in November (9th,16th, and 30th) one raffle winner will be drawn from the pool of students who entered that week. Each of the three raffle winners will receive a $15.00 Amazon gift card.
In addition to the Reflections entry, students can also participate in creating the National PTA Reflections Theme for 2019-2020. The national winner will receive $100. All JRMS students who submit their theme idea by Friday, November 9th will be entered into a raffle for one $25.00 Amazon gift card. The Theme Search entry form is linked below.
