SOME THINGS TO KNOW:

1. Permission Slips Must Be Received By The Office In Order For Students To Be Able To Participate! 

   • Please click on the appropriate link below to review the permission slips and activity fees, sorted by grade.

   • To ensure your child receives the food item of their choice at the social, please be sure to check off their choice of hamburger, hot dog or grilled cheese on the permission slip. 

   • PERMISSION SLIPS, PAYMENT AND FOOD SELECTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY MAY 30TH. THERE WILL BE NO DAY-OF SIGN UPS ALLOWED FOR THIS EVENT!

2. Volunteers And Donations Are Needed - sign-ups can be found on the grade level sign-up genius links below.
