JRMS PTA Monthly, January 9th at 9:15am

Come to our January PTA meeting in the Community Room to learn about Project Adventure at JRMS. One of the PE teachers will come and show us why Project Adventure is more than just a line item in the education budget that fills some PE time. It is an approach to working with people that has helped millions to exceed their perceived boundaries, work with others to solve problems and experience success. Students learn to work cooperatively, challenge themselves in a supportive environment, improve self-esteem and learn creative approaches to problem-solving. Yet, all of this occurs without the need to trek in the wilderness, or other such ‘high adventure.’
